The firm
RITS & Associates is a partnership of Chartered Accountants, constituted in 2004 and registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India under Firm Registration No. 010699S. The firm practises across ten areas — audit and assurance, GST, income tax, company and LLP law, business registrations, accounting, certifications, drafting, not-for-profit work, and services for NRIs and overseas businesses.
From a single office in 2004, the firm has grown to seven partners and seven offices, and works with clients across India and with NRIs and overseas businesses. Most work is handled online, so where a client is based makes little difference.
How we work
- A partner scopes every engagement — what's involved, what we need, and the timeline — before work begins.
- Scope and fees are agreed in writing in an engagement letter.
- Audit reports and certificates are signed by a partner and carry a UDIN that anyone can verify with ICAI.
- Client information is confidential, as the ICAI Code of Ethics requires.
- Related work stays together, so the figures in the audit, the tax return and the ROC filing agree.
